  • In SVL Footwear, we are fully worried about your satisfaction with our products. Thus, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 60 days.
  • We will gladly exchange or refund back to you since the product is in a good state and in the original box/packaging that was sent.
  • Once your return is received, the product will be revised and sent back to you within 72 hours. The refunds will be made based on the method of payment that you chose previously within 7 days.
  • In case of exchanges, we will only be responsible for the first shipping tax.
